Introduction to Coaching Skills really helped me reflect on my management approach and I feel that my team has also benefited from me taking this course. I started to listen with the intention to understand and not to reply and I learned to ask questions encouraging self-discovery and development. I was also able to look at my choices in life from a different perspective. Introduction to Coaching not only gave me the tools to have a bigger impact on my team’s development, but it was also an interesting journey of self-study, self-discovery and self-reflection. The new acquired skills make me to a more approachable person and a better manager.
